About Us
What is a Wellbeing Coach?
As a wellbeing coach, my role is to design personalised strategies that enhance both personal and professional performance. I support organisations by helping their employees develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to thrive in their roles. By aligning the needs of the business with the goals of the individual, I create tailored wellbeing programmes that promote growth, productivity, and overall workplace satisfaction.
Through a blend of coaching and applied psychology, I work with individuals to set and achieve clear, measurable objectives—whether that’s advancing within their role, strengthening team contribution, or progressing within the wider company structure. collaboratory, we address areas such as stress management, workload balance, confidence building, resilience, healthier habits, and sustained physical and mental wellbeing.
The result is a workforce that is more engaged, energised, supported and productive, contributing directly to improved performance, reduced absenteeism, and a healthier organisational culture.

What is the process?
Following an initial open discussion with senior management, HR or business owners I begin with an assessment phase. During this stage, I evaluate the overall workplace environment while participating employees complete wellbeing and performance assessment questionaires. Where appropriate, this may include tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7 or WSAS. This process allows me to gather meaningful data and produce a clear, strategic report outlining key areas for development along with a focused plan to support individual employees, alongside wider wellbeing initiatives such as practical strategies, guided sessions, and team-based support to improve overall workplace wellbeing. This ensures that wellbeing support is not limited to one to one coaching, but is felt across the organisation as a whole.
Coaching is a collaborative process, it begins with an initial one hour consultation for each participating individual.
During this session, we discuss objectives, identify areas for growth, and clarify both personal and professional development goals.
From there, we create a structured, measurable plan designed to move the individual forward each week. This includes setting realistic tasks and implementing tailored strategies such as mindfulness techniques, talking therapy, breathwork, solution-focused hypnosis, CBT, NLP and other evidence-based approaches.
Every programme is personalised and adjusted as needed to ensure continued progress. Weekly 50 min check-ins (where applicable) provide the right balance of accountability and support, helping individuals stay focused and confident as they work toward their goals. Ongoing support between sessions is available via phone or email. All sessions are delivered with full discretion and confidentiality.
About Me
I spent many years in the corporate world, progressing to UK Key Account Manager, so I understand firsthand the pressures, expectations, and fast-paced environments businesses operate in.
After retraining and qualifying as a Coach, Counsellor, and Hypnotherapist in 2019, I realised quickly there is no one size fits all approach to development or wellbeing. Every individual brings different strengths, challenges, and ways of creating change.
Drawing on a broad toolkit of psychological and holistic techniques, I’ve created a specialised corporate wellbeing approach that supports employees in a truly integrated way. Unlike traditional business coaching, my work combines practical performance coaching with evidence based therapeutic methods, helping people manage stress, build resilience, improve confidence, and achieve healthier work life balance.
